Atlas Restoration LLC | A Chicago Best Pick Company

Education and Resource Center

With over 30 years in the Geotechnical Contracting Industry, Atlas Restoration has developed a catalogue of project specifications to effectively assist the engineer, architect or consultant in developing specifications for their project. These specifications represent a broad scope of work that includes many types of geotechnical grouting (permeation, compaction, pressure), concrete repair (full-depth and partial-depth patching), slab-jacking, slab-stabilization, joint undersealing and deep piling systems for both underpinning and new construction.

Utilizing Chance Pile Systems, we offer a Preliminary Design (PD) service that assists in selecting the right piling system for your specific site conditions and loads. The PD, for helical piles, includes the Chance Helicap Software printout that will specify the material selected for the project and the required installation torque needed for the proper installation values of the loads provided. Additionally, we perform load tests for pile systems as required.
