The Atlas Resistance® Pier two-stage product manufactured and designed specifically to produce structural support strength.
How Atlas Resistance Piers Are Set:
First, the Pier Pipe is driven to a firm bearing stratum
The lift equipment is then combined with a manifold system to lift the structure.
Atlas Resistance® Piers are spaced at adequate centers where each pier is driven to a suitable stratum and then tested to a force greater than required to lift the structure.

What is Underpinning?
Underpinning is the method of stabilizing and strengthening a building's foundation. The construction of nearby structures necessitates the excavation of soil supporting existing foundations. It is more economical, due to land price or otherwise, to work on the present structure's foundation than to build a new one.
Underpinning is necessary in the following situations:
Your home's original foundation is not stable or strong enough to securely hold your home's structure.
Changes in the structure and soil properties supporting your home's foundation may be detected.
Mischaracterization of soil properties during planning and construction of your home.
